3 Nights: Maasai Mara Game Reserve
You will be picked from your hotel and transferred to Wilson airport for your schedule flight to Masai Mara. The Masai Mara is about 45minutes flight. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Sand River Mara Camp with game drive en-route. Maasai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here, particularly when the migration is on, and millions of wildebeests and zebras make their way back and forth across the Mara River on their annual trek. The Mara is also noted for its abundance of lions - particularly the superb black maned males. Look out to see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as - if you're lucky - leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents. You're likely to see the African buffalo. Get the cameras ready and enjoy yourselves!
1 Night: Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast and your early morning game drive, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight out of Masai Mara to the Lovely Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is far more than a bird lover's paradise. The big cats will need no introduction after the Maasai Mara, nor will the large antelope herds. Flamingos provide a dramatic welcome to Lake Nakuru, over a million of them wading in the shallows and turning the lake shore a vivid pink. Over 400 species of bird offer a meandering soundtrack; kingfishers and hamerkops sing from the treetops, while cormorants and heron squawk from the shallows. Down besides the lakeshore the sheer numbers of flamingos defy your eyes, and their brilliant pink finds another contrast; this time the sharp black and white stripes of zebra herds.
2 Nights: Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Wilson airport for your maiden schedule flight to Amboseli National Park. Africa's highest mountain provides the backdrop to Amboseli, the snow-capped Uhuru Peak clearly visible above the flat savannah. Great elephant herds roam across this land, their distinct shapes providing a wonderful contrast on any photo of Mount Kilimanjaro. On one hand Amboseli offers a small and compact safari experience, the bountiful wildlife easily found congregating around swamps and dried out lake beds. Yet it's also a spacious place of serene beauty. Little compares to relaxing on a verandah and watching the elephants roam beneath Mount Kilimanjaro. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Tawi Lodge for your lunch and later in the afternoon relaxation and an evening Game Drive before returning to camp for your dinner.
2 Nights: Tsavo West National Park
After breakfast you will be transferred to the local airstrip and fly out to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West has a variety of landscapes, from swamps and natural springs to rocky peaks, extinct volcanic cones, to rolling plains and sharp reddish outcrops. Wildlife can be difficult to spot because of the dense scrubs. In May 1948, a month after its conception Tsavo National Park was divided into East and West for administrative purposes. At 21 812 square km, Tsavo National Park is the largest park in Kenya. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Finch Hattons Camp, you will freshen up, enjoy your barbequed lunch before heading out for your afternoon / evening game drive. Enjoy Morning and Evening Game Drives. At Poacher’s Lookout, you will enjoy the beautiful sunset while having a glass of sparkling wine and canapés. From here, you have a beautiful view over the bush land of El Turesh. On the way back to the camp you experience the African savannah at night – a memorable adventure.
